Physical Activity and Fitness Sessions

As part of our active wellbeing timetable, we offer a variety of opportunities including gym sessions, basketball, badminton, table tennis, dodgeball and many more activities.

These sessions are a good opportunity to get active, connect with others and is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety.

Healthy Lifestyle Program

As part of our program, we offer a range of workshops and drop-in sessions to help you live a healthy lifestyle, we offer advice and guidance on topics including mindfulness, nutrition and sleep.

Volunteering

At the college we offer a range of volunteering opportunities that are fun, fulfilling, and can help support with future job and university applications.

Within the Active Well Being department, we offer our Active Ambassadors programs, Duke of Edinburgh and for community and additional volunteering opportunities we work with Active Merthyr Tydfil, the local sports development department, to provide placements in the Merthyr area.
