Netball Academy

The netball team is an integral part of the College Merthyr’s overall academy structure.

Our netball academy provides dedicated and keen netball players the opportunity to develop their playing skills whilst completing their full-time qualification, no matter what their program of study. On a player focused programme, our athletes will improve as individuals and as team players whilst developing their knowledge and understanding of the game.

Our program offers:

  • Coaching and playing opportunities with qualified and experienced coaches.
  • Participation in AOC sports leagues and cup competitions
  • Strength and Conditioning sessions
  • Opportunities to gain additional qualifications
